My dog seems kind of ambivalent to music, but my cat likes lullabyes! He is terrible when I cut his nails and writhes and caterwauls the whole time. One time I jokingly started singing rockabye baby and he calmed down. I don't think she does; she's scared of thunderstorms and I always try to turn up music to overshadow the thunder. We have tried all kinds of behavior things but nothing works as consistently as just turning on that station. She mellows out and lies there looking in the direction of the music with her eyes glazed over. </p>
