Lol, hopefully the trick will work equally as well for your LO when he gets here :)

One of my dogs is deaf so she wouldn't care either way, and the other one hasn't ever really seemed to react to music one way or another.

Lol that's awesome!

My pup seems pretty indifferent to music.

Haha that's great. My dog seems kind of ambivalent to music, but my cat likes lullabyes! He is terrible when I cut his nails and writhes and caterwauls the whole time. One time I jokingly started singing rockabye baby and he calmed down. Now I feel like a fool, but I do it every time because it works!

Haha wow, at least you have this trick! I don't think she does; she's scared of thunderstorms and I always try to turn up music to overshadow the thunder. I think she gets confused that another noise is drowning out the thunder but I don't think she actually cares about the music :silly: I should try playing this to my dog sometime!

I kid you not, the only thing that makes my dog stop barking is Pandora's Lullabye station. We have tried all kinds of behavior things but nothing works as consistently as just turning on that station. She mellows out and lies there looking in the direction of the music with her eyes glazed over.
