My maiden name on was my last name followed by the first two letters of my first name. I also have an old one that I rarely check that collects junk mail and use for some sites as log in that is just something I made up in high school. For my job I have to periodically review resumes and it drives me nuts and looks completely unprofessional (in my opinion) when someone is applying for a job and their e-mail address is something like "hotinabikini@". I wanted to make it easy but still professional.
