The builder really put a lot of thoughts into every detail, including storage space.<br /> We have a huge unfinished basement, his/her walk-in closets in our master suite (plus large linen closet in the master bath), large closets in each of the other bedrooms, linen closets in the hallway and guest bath, and a walk-in pantry off the kitchen. For such a large house (in my opinion) we do not have a lot of storage space. we have one linen closet which is SMALL. There is a space under the stairs in the basement and that's pretty much it. I have been working my butt off to try and make our limited storage as functional as possible. I've put up two rows of shelves in the laundry room and another on the opposite side of the room with cabinets. </p> <p>I feel like cookie cutter houses all were built with such wasted space in them.
