Also at night when we are just hanging out on the couch he always rubs it or holds it and talks to it! Now that my belly is rounder I like it more because I can really feel that there's a baby in there.</p> <p>Mr. TTT usually feels my belly in the morning and at night in bed. I read a bunch of articles about how newborns nurse harder and stronger when they hear their mom’s voice (vs. other voices), and about both parental voice and language recognition. I also read how if you read them something repetitively while they are in the womb, it may be something they get used to, so it can be used as a calming tool when they are newborns – and told my husband about that.
