I get paid for my lunch hour (so, I only work 9-5 as opposed to 8-5 or 9-6). I get monthly bonuses when we've filed X amount of cases for the month. And every Friday, I almost always get off early (anytime between 2 and 4 PM) but he still pays us for a full day. And all holidays are paid. He also gives us a pretty hefty holiday bonus. And we often go out as an office for lunch with is paid for by the office. We also do some team building events (baseball game, painting class, etc.) that are all covered by the firm. We each have our own large offices, which seems to be pretty rare these days. We also have health insurance that is 100% by the firm, nothing comes out of my paycheck to cover it. On-site large gym, on-site oil changes once a month, food trucks on-site on a regular basis (a lot of perks designed to make it so their large sales force didn't have to leave the office much, but still the perks were nice). They had a dedicated room for nursing moms, as well as dedicated parking spaces for pregnant staff members. And then I get to go with my clients to their catering tastings and cake tastings... it's so fun, but bad for my waistline!!</p> <p>I previously worked for Hyatt Hotels and got 12 free nights a year... I used my comp rooms all over the world: Hawaii, London, Paris, Taiwan, Toronto, Vancouver and lots of Hyatts around the continental US. I REEEALLLY miss this, and is the only thing I miss about my corporate job!! </p>
