Yes- and at usually frozen themed things here too. The character clothes aren't my favorite but it makes her so happy, so whatever. She always wanted to wear this one short sleeved frozen t shirt to bed, and it's winter, so we asked for long sleeve frozen pjs for Christmas. She's rotated those three for a while now.

@Mrs. Sunshine: LOL! LO fell in love with the princess shirt back in the days when I was anti-princess and before we went to Disneyland or watched a Disney movie (aside from Pixar). The kids have minds of their own!
ETA: I tried to make her favorite color purple with a purple nursery. Yah, didn't work out that way either.

Sometimes she asks to wear this one dress a lot - I don't always fight it but sometimes I give her a few options of other things in her closet and she'll usually pick one.

Yeah, sometimes. Fine with me unless it's dirty or very inappropriate for the weather. Toddlers just don't sweat like adults do. Thankfully no one in our day care cares. I know someone in a fancy day care in the same neighborhood and the amount of stress to get the kid designer clothes, make sure the kid doesn't ruin the clothes, make sure the same clothes don't get worn twice... just so much unnecessary stress.

@GreenThumb: haha I hate character shirts so her Frozen shirt drives me bananas. But I try to let it go (pun intended) and pick my battles.

Sort of! He's a big Thomas fan, so when we only had one or two Thomas shirts, he was pretty upset when they were dirty and he couldn't wear them. Now I make sure we have a good 5-6 Thomas shirts in his size, haha.

Oh yes! She has a pair of rainbow tie dyed yoga pants and a rhinestone cupcake shirt that once she starts wearing she refuses to take off. They are not my favorite (insert eye roll) so she is not allowed to wear them to school but often stay on all weekend long including bedtime. I will admit to "hiding" them in the laundry for over a week so they aren't in the rotation as often  .

ETA: Also, a certain princess dress was worn all vacation long!

Ummm my daughter rarely wears pjs bc it's too hard to get her out of the clothes she wore that day, and as long as they aren't too dirty/she won't see the same people the next day (is a weekend/not a daycare day) we sometimes let her wear the clothes again the next day. It's not even specific clothes, really, it's just transitions that are hard for her. We have trouble changing her diaper too unless she's pooped...

I just happened upon the aforementioned hand-me-down shirt obsession. LO said she only remembers wearing it once. She is five now. We are saving this little tshirt forever. (Disney hat for size reference.)

He wants his maroon A&M shirt - to match daddy. He got another for Christmas, but he still pulls it out of laundry. As long as it's not too dirty, I don't care.

My son has a pair of lion guard pants that he would wear every day if I let him. He wears them to school, so I don't want him wearing them every day, and I also get him to change at night so he doesn't wear germs and such from school into bed.

She went through that phase around 2 or 3. It was a soft princess tshirt. We were in crazy preschooler days so I even let her wear it under her school shirt just to get her out the door.

...either wear or ask to wear the same clothes several days in a row? DD1 has a shirt with Elsa on it that she loves and often asks to wear it, then wear it to bed, then wear it again the next day. If she doesn't get too dirty/crazy in it I will let her but I always feel a little weird about it. Please tell me we're not the only ones!
