Yes! We have quite the nighttime routine. The final request is typically, "I'm missing something!". When we ask her what she is missing the response is a drawn out ummm and silence as if she's thinking really hard. We have to give her something at this point (another animal, book, etc) or the list of demands grows (water, bathroom, pat me, sing, rock a bye, etc).

My oldest is also water. I decided one night that this is it. No more water b/c every time I do he wakes up in the middle of the night to pee and then again early in the morning, before my alarm clock goes off. Therefore, leaving me completely tired by the time he comes into my room way earlier than I'd like. Oh, and he also has more accidents as well. I told him that he needs to start asking to drink water while he is playing after dinner. That way, he won't feel so thirsty by bed time. Most times I have to remind him to drink water... but it's helped significantly with night wakings though. He now still wakes up before my alarm clock but at least I'll have slept through the night. :D

Boobie. Elmo. Baby (her baby doll). Mickie. Her owl pillow. And today she started asking for Minnie Mouse, too. And I have to sing to her.

She's very demanding.

She just asks to be the one to turn her "sleepy noise" on. She's still pretty easy to please, though I know the ridiculous requests aren't far away.

Ha. It's always something as they get older. Tonight she asked for a laptop. We agreed that she would get one at age 14. And that it would be pink.
