However, LO1 is always asking for medicine and saying she's sick and needs it. Sometimes she will say she needs it because she is sad. I know she is only 3.5 so she doesn't understand you can't just take medicines whenever you want, just because...but I am trying to figure out how to explain it to her better. I usually just say "but you aren't sick you don't need it" and she will respond with a reason why she does. Obviously it's up high and child proof so she can't get to it anyway, but I want to try and help her understand... Does your LO ask for medicine when they are not sick?
