I try to keep enough pairs to rotate around but they get destroyed pretty much immediately. She is currently rotating 5 different pairs which she only started wearing at the end of the spring but all of them except the newest one look like they are 10 years old.</p> <p>Oddly, the brand I have the best luck with for staying nice are the Target brand stride rites (not the regular ones). But I think it's because his feet grow so slowly that he's in them for a long time, therefore, more wear and tear. When LO1 was younger, his shoes were in good condition and were easily passed down. Shoes are so darn expensive, I wish we could get more use out of them! Of course, we only have 1-2 pairs per season, so that could have a lot to do with it, since they are getting so much daily use. </p>
