I don't know how they do it, but no matter when I send veggies to daycare, they get him to eat them somehow! I think usually what happens is that his food gets mixed up a bit in transit, and the teacher will mix it up more so that he can't really pick out the veggies...so they just go in when a strawberry goes in! </p> <p>His preferred lovey is different too. At home, he hates having a blanket in his crib or anywhere on him. So he prefers the glowing Fisher Price Seahorse. At school, he ignores the seahorse and only wants his blanket. Or won't to her friends when I pick her up. But she says it to teachers/director when they are in and out of the room all day.<br /> She talks all day there, lines up to wash her hands after meals, takes her plate to the trash after lunch, etc. Most importantly she signs more at day care but looks at us like we are crazy when we do it for her, asking her if she wants more. </p> <p>Doesn't do any of this for us. What the heck? I am trying to get her to put her dirty clothes in the hamper after bath, no luck so far. But she should be based on day care. </p>
