<description>&#60;p&#62;If you let your LO help out in the kitchen do they tend to eat what they have helped make? I have started letting my two year old help prep meals and she seems to be more willing to try new things and eat more of what she helped make. Maybe it's just a fluke because I've just started letting her, but I'll let her more often if it means she will eat better/try more!
