It still has to be something that she likes to eat. My LO just doesn't like meat all that much so she might steal that first initial bite from my plate but that doesn't mean I can get her to eat the whole piece. If I had given it to him, I'm sure he would've refused it. But because I was eating it, he stole it off of my plate and gobbled it down.</p> <p>Sometimes I wonder if I should just let him eat food off of my plate. It is easier to Jedi mind trick him into eating what I eat, versus trying to cram random other food down his throat!</p> <p>Does your LO eat better if they eat what you're eating? </p>
