It's hard though. I think you have to just keep trying, it's kind of a phase. To save my sanity, I hid them in her food for a while. She was also getting a multivitamin. It was a long while before she touched veggies and I was worried she would never touch them again. But she finally started to slowly. Persistence and a little bribery did the trick. Oh and I also limited snacks... She'd be so hungry for meals that she'd eat anything... almost! My son has been getting so picky with his food lately. He eats a ton of protein, carbs and fruit. But he hates veggies! He'll eat corn and potatoes. But that's it! He won't touch anything green or orange. Even if there's a tiny bit of carrot in his fried rice, he'll pick it out! I've been hiding his veggies in his smoothies so that he at least gets the daily vitamins. But i'd like him to start eating veggies on his own, without me hiding it in his fruit smoothies!</p> <p>Anyone else have LOs who hate veggies? </p>
