OMG, yes. My son is sick now, and he's more of a handful than before. I worry the most about his loss of appetite, but he seems to be eating better. I do admit I pamper him more when he is sick, I don't worry too much about the routine, we'll get back to that when he's feeling better.

Sigh. You all know we are where you are. Sigh. We definitely get less strict, and we do worry that we're spoiling him by letting him watch more TV or use the iPod more or whatever, but when he comes out of the demon fog he tends to want to just play with his toys and goof off anyway, So yeah, we loosen the reigns a bit when he's not feeling well. When he's REALLY sick he is so sad because all he wants to do is sit on the couch and not move, so we definitely spoil him then and just watch TV all day and eat whatever yummy snacks he'll eat.

Hint: no matter what state he's in, RJ will always eat yogurt melts!

Charlie has been refusing his milk lately, which is unheard of in Charlie land!

Given his massive drooling and also his early wakeups, we're thinking that maybe his molars are coming in. He's also being more tantrum-y as of late, which usually happens more when he's either constipated or not feeling well.

I've started to figure out that when he's pickier or throwing more tantrums, there's usually something else wrong with him!

How about you: does your LO get fussier when he or she isn't feeling well? Also: are you less strict when it happens, or do you pamper him or her a bit more if they're not feeling well?
