She's not locked in her room or anything but she never gets out of bed, just cries and yells until we come in. Like you, if it's middle of the night and dh or I go in and lay down with her she will go back to sleep. After 4 or 5 it's a lot harder. But it feels like more often than not, I wake up to my almost 4 year old climbing into my bed with her blanket. If it's the middle of the night she will go back to sleep, but4 am and on she is up. Ugh. I've resorted to bribes to keep her in her room (after being up all night with her sister I just want to sleep, not be talked to all night!) </p>
