My LO is only 4 months and fights sleep to no end. I sure hope this isn't what her future naps, when she is older, will be like.

No. She has always fought naps. Like, since week 1. It's super frustrating for me. It's pretty normal now for her to cry for 10-15 minutes before each nap (sometimes more).

She usually goes down fine for her naps and will just talk to herself in the crib for up to 30 min. Today, she's been miserable. I went in there and read some books with her to see if that would calm her down. But she's still fighting it so I just put her in there and let her cry herself to sleep.

We are nap training, so right now it's rough. We let him cry and give him a lovey. It sounds awful, but if we didn't let him cry he wouldn't nap. At first he cried for 40 minutes, but we have it down to about 10 minutes of crying.

We skip a lot of naps because she fights them. Frustrating for me but she seems fine.

Olive used to go down for naps so well! But lately she's been having some trouble... it's been rough. Thankfully she did go down for her morning nap today!!

Had to go back in and re-put her down though, since she didn't go down the first time. She cries so loudly, and her agony builds over time! It is pretty heartbreaking. When putting her down the second time, she was sniffling the whole time. Aww, poor little baby. :( Haha she tricks me into forgetting that she's 15 months old already!
