It is definitely a 2 person job and i've been late to work every morning this week because I've had to spend 10-15 minutes wrestling her. Once we start the suckage, she freezes and gets this awful pained look on her face. The more I do it, the more I hate it. I put him on the changing table, one of my hands grabs both his arms, my other arm goes around his head and holds the sucker part. It isn't pretty.....
