I use it over the Uppababy G-Luxe umbrella stroller, and i'm pretty sure i can stretch it over the BOB Revolution. There are air vents on the sides, and a window that you can zip up. You can see some better pictures on the link. Even though it's a bit pricey, the quality is worth it! The cover we have actually lets you fit it over the stroller before you put your kid in. I should have known! Plus, i didn't peel off the window stickers so it was pretty dark when i covered it over LO. Seriously, i'm so dumb. I set it up last night, and today she had no problems. Maybe try a shorter stretch with it on first and see how she does? Well...LO just about had a FIT when i tried to put it over the stroller. She was kicking and screaming and crying her eyes out. In the end i had to nix the stroller. I put her in my Ergo, put all of our bags/lunches in a knapsack and probably carried about 40 lbs to the station.</p> <p>Does/did anyone have this problem? Any suggestions? </p>
