I don't feel I can be that consistent right now, but I do have my son help me with chores around the house. He does get rewarded, to often...I am trying to address that though. Things like cleaning toys, going potty solo, eating solo. I started a little after LO was 3 and he really loves it. We're not always encountering the "NO," but it takes a sweet forever to do anything. She gets so distracted. My LO is definitely at the point where she needs one of these. We haven't even taken it out of the plastic yet, but LO saw the little stars and got super excited. I like that she has to hit a certain number of stars each week to get a reward, something simple and small, like going to get an ice cream at the local cafe or going to the water play area. DH is starting grad school next week, new baby in the next few weeks, LO is starting preschool, and two of our grandparents are in terrible health... I think I shouldn't start it yet unless I know I can stick with it.
