I am pretty sure that Ellie could start her own country in there if she found some residents who didn't mind getting sand in awkwardly uncomfortable places. We love it. And it's right by a water pump so Ellie loves to hook up the hose and flood it sometimes, or fill a bucket with water and then use a watering can to get the water where she wants it. Lorelei got to go in it once before winter came back. She loved it, and all the kids were playing with it! DS is 19 months and plays with it a lot now. I actually prefer those since it's a little less messy and grows better with the LOs.
