He moves his legs up in down in place or he waves his hands in front of him like a little bongo drummer on too much caffeine and goes around in circles. If he's feeling particularly into a groove, he'll nod his head, flap his arms, and go in a circle until dizzy. She wanted to have a dance party so I played Gangnam Style on youtube and lasted through 4 minutes before I got tired. :P Played the song 4x already and she's still going strong.
