We provide lunch and milk and they provide snack. She gets breakfast around 7:30; snack around 10:00; lunch around 11:45; snack after her nap around 3:00; and dinner at 5:00. Our pediatrician says it's ok for her to snack as long as she's eating well at mealtime. As soon as I notice her not eating well at meals we will cut back on snacks. I offer a snack every day but she only has a few bites. Its usually about 3-4 hours since lunch so I feel like she should be hungry. </p>
