We play a calming CD and when the music is done she is allowed to get out of her bed. Our calming music solution isn't very much so I need to pick up a couple more CD's for her to listen to. Preferable 45+ minutes. </p> <p>Does your LO listen to music while napping/resting, or at night? Any recommendations? </p>
