But her friend is 3 and I do pick up and drop off twice a week for their class and every time for the past 3 weeks she tells me about her owie and shows us her hand and her foot. I am not sure she understands that she's milking it, but she talks about bumps and scrapes for days and days! She also checks on booboos she knows other family members have gotten recently.</p> <p>Boo boo side note - I had to explain to our nanny/housekeeper what a "boo boo" was the other day. Too funny. </p> <p>Yes. My LO got a pretty good sized and ugly bruise right in the middle of her forehead at daycare a couple weeks ago. And she will ask for Band-Aids for her booboo too, even if there's not really any injury. </p> <p>Sometimes we'll put a Band-Aid on her imaginary booboo and it will irritate her skin and she will say, "Oh no, look at my booboo!" In those moments she looks vindicated, as if there was a booboo there all along... </p> <p>Does your LO milk their booboos for days and days? </p>
