My son was used to having us lay down with him to take his naps. The first two days at daycare, the teacher had to lay down with him so that he would nap. On the 3rd day, she stopped doing that (and of course he cried). But on the 4th day, he just fell asleep on his own! He naps about 90minutes-2 hours in the morning. During the afternoon, he naps about the same. It took the longest time for him to put two and two together with naps at daycare and naps at home. </p> <p>We took him for his 6 month appointment. I scheduled it at 2:30p.m. Bad idea. It was right around nap time at 3pm By the time the doctor saw him, he was rubbing his eyes, was tired and cranky. We got home after the shots and he slept for 2.5 hours. My LO will not sleep for me unless I swaddle her. And day care can't swaddle her by law!! She starts on Monday and I just don't know what to do. I'm praying it will just be a really rough couple of weeks of transition and then she'll do ok. Day care says its nothing they haven't handled before..... Ahhhhhh.
