I'd been very successful in setting boundaries (mine is 14 months) about what is and isn't ok. Touching the boob is ok, touching the nipple is not. Pinching is not ok. Grabbing not ok. Tugging on my shirt to ask to nurse not ok. But I love the gentle patting and general boob snuggling while nursing. My nephew had this thing where he always wanted to have his hand down his mom or dad's shirt, rubbing their skin. Obviously she knew there were there as she is EBF, but she now rubs them and kneads them while she eats, and sticks her hand in between my boobs while she rests on me or to go to sleep. it's actually kind of cute! probably not if she were much older, though! </p>
