<description>&#60;p&#62;My five-year-old son is kind of over hand-holding.  I have to explain why I need to hold his hand (&#34;because the subway station is crowded and I don't want to lose you.&#34;).  He'll agree but then the next time I hold his hand, he will say, &#34;It's not crowded now! I don't need your hand!&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The kids are growing up so fast!  My three-year-old daughter loves to hold hands though... so maybe I have another year or two left there. :)
