But this past week I upped my water intake and lowered my milk intake and have had some problems. Opposite of what you'd expect.</p> <p>The other night I was TERRIFIED that I had a hemorrhoid! I was almost in tears to DH saying we're adopting from now on (just one thing after another and I was hormonal, better now, lol). It got way worse when he was 2.5 because he started holding it. He would go for five to seven days. I tried everything my pediatrician reccomended and for three months straight would not go without md giving him an enema or suppository. DH and I are regular too. I suffered from constipation when I was in college.. I think it was my diet and low water intake.
