I used to use an old iPhone but digital white noise sounds make my husband go crazy. It definitely blocks out a lot of noise and DS associates it with sleep. I forget the brand, but it's similar to the dohm. She doesn't use one at my inlaws and has no issues there, but I'm too scared to take it away here. I like that it signals bed time and that we don't have to be totally quiet at night with it on. Our oldest is 3.5 and our youngest is 3 months. The baby is still in our room so it makes DH and I sleep better since we don't hear every little noise she makes in the night. </p>
