She was struggling with counting and then she suddenly got it. For example, we are visiting my ILs right now and my son has had a HUGE burst of French over the last few days. When we first arrived he was mostly speaking English with German thrown in, and now it's almost exclusively French and I can definitely hear a change in the quality of his French. I thought it was maybe just my imagination until Bee mentioned the same thing yesterday! Our trips are filled with sand, beach and lots of water - I think all that sensory input helps calm her sensory needs, because she had a huge burst of development after her trip last summer too!
