I have barely seen anything come home yet from my first grader. My Ds gets work put in his folder every day but he's in preschool and it's mostly drawing.

This year, our son's teacher has been sending home his finished classwork on a regular basis. It's so helpful! I noticed that he's writing some numbers backwards, so we'll work on that. Makes me feel like I'm working on the same team as my teacher, rather than just doing random things on my own.
