It looks easy enough in English, except its not an English name, so it's pronounced totally different than it looks on paper.</p> <p>Kind of like a Vietnamese student I had once whose first name was "Duong". Looks like "Doo-ong" in English, right? Except in Vietnamese, it's close to the sound of "yoong". There's no way an English speaker will get that right. And that's how it is with my new last name.
