When we started him on formula, he ate 9 oz at every feeding. He was so hungry but then he regulated himself. It was really gross but I was happy to see that she was getting milk out! But I'm not so sure! Despite having major spit up (frequency and volume) little girl gained ELEVEN ounces in four days! We were at the doctor to discuss her spit up. We both think she's MSPI so I'm altering my diet. But he also think she spits up because she is just taking in more milk than her little tummy can hold. I asked him if I should limit how long I let her nurse but he gave that a big no. He said he'd much rather she over eat and spit up than we pick an arbitrary amount of time to let her nurse and have her end up underfed.</p> <p>Did anyone else have a baby who over ate? Did you do anything about it? </p>
