We have a lady in our small department who thinks she's a manager, she's not. So our issues comes when she tries to "command" us to do things, when she has no authority. Our actual manager has to step in and pull her aside at least 2x a year to say "we are a department of 4, there is no need for 2 managers, I'm the only one who has the authority to assign tasks." I quit working when I got pregnant due to my hyperemesis, but I was a nurse. So, I worked with mostly women. We all got along really well and there was never drama. But it may have helped that the same people weren't all there everyday. For example, I was defriended on FB today by co-worker A who is mad at co-worker B (my friend) for being on the side of person A's co-worker over some drama this week. (follow that?) REALLY? Are we in middle school?</p> <p>Are your office mates dramatic sh*t stirrers? I swear, there needs to be at least 1 man for ever 4 women in an office to even out the hormones.
