I didn't know it was called tempt detector.</p> <p>We called people to come fix our oven because of this. They changed a part inside of it because they said the fuse was too short so more heat was getting in than should be.<br /> Now it's perfect. I got an oven thermometer after way too many burned or overcooked things and it made such a difference. They are cheap, too, so well worth the money since you will be saving so much food from burning!
