I was like some of the PP, where for the first few weeks I hadn't done any DH did them all. We had an "input vs output" arrangement. Now, if he is home he will get J up in the morning/from a nap and change him while I go to the bathroom and get ready for bf. Other than that, its pretty even. But when we're both there it's pretty evenly split...I'd even say he now changes more than me, since he started doing any night changes after I went back to work. I think that's so unfortunate. It's not the most glamorous job, but it is part of parenting your children. I know my DH bonds with our son a lot during diaper changes because DS is always super smiley and interactive during/after diaper changes.
