My DH has no control over himself when there are good leftovers in the fridge. Last week I was looking forward to my leftover spagetti with meatballs all day and there was just a big pile of spagetti left after DH had eaten all the meat out of it before I got home.

He also has a bad habit of drinking all of our good booze without offering me any or saving any for me. He refuses to buy any himself or even tell me that we're out, it's like he's in denial. He totally plays booze chicken lol! I'll start winning once I get KU though so the joke will be on him! ;)

Yes he does!! I find that he does this especially with sweets. I can't keep any sweets in the house without him eating it all. I've occasionally kept a secret stash.

@rachiecakes: My Dh does the exact same thing!

He says "oh I don't like oreos..." And then when I want to enjoy one with some milk...they're gone!!

NNope. Dh is like you.... only he will leave things forever until they go stale and then he wont eat them and will throw them away and throw them out.

I hare to see "treats " get thrown out so I eat them right before the stale stage.

I think I'm the treat eater in our house! But I always warn him, I tell him I cannot guarantee there will be any chocolates/chips/cookies left by the time he gets home if he's going to leave them lying around willy nilly

I love salty snacks so I'll buy pistachios, chips & guacamole, crackers & cheese, and he says he doesn't like them but then the entire package is gone. Especially annoying when I buy chips & guac because he'll eat all the chips and I'll be left with a tub of guacamole.

Not at all...but that's worse sometimes because the treats just hang out taunting me. I wish he'd help me finish them lol

Ugh! My husband does.

Sometimes I get "treats" for myself. Because they are treats, I like to make them last a long time. I do not gorge myself until they are gone!

For example, I recently bought a pack of Diet Coke. I rarely buy soda, so when we have it, it is a super special treat. I only have 1, maybe 2 a week. Well, my husband does not have the same mindset and he will drink all the soda before I even get to enjoy it! I just went out to the fridge to get an icy diet coke and they were all gone. I only got to enjoy one!

SO FRUSTRATING!! It makes me want to hide food around the house or something.
