My husband is 28 years old and the last doctor he saw was his pediatrician. When I married him he didn't have the slightest clue about any of his health insurance information because he has literally never, ever used any of it. He's a little overweight and doesn't exercise regularly so he's not the most healthiest, so I always make him go get a complete work up. He only goes to walk in clinics if he has something wrong that he can't fix. He doesn't go for annual physicals though. I nag him all the time, but he is a bum. He even has to see specialists regularly which I don't think most people EVER do - like he gets his hearing checked AT LEAST once a year. Course I wouldn't blame him, he sprained his ankle really bad one time and they told him his ankle was perfectly fine and didn't even give him pain meds even though it was horribly swollen, bruised and he couldnt walk on it. We ended up getting a bill for $400 the week after. He used to play in the NFL so he always had a million check ups a year by the team doctors.
