I'm still in the first trimester and I'm exhausted and sick most of the time. He's basically solo parenting our 2 year old when he's home and has taken over most of the cooking and clean up. I'm essentially useless and he is picking up all the slack. He helps out more, but not much more. He always helps out (but I do majority). I still do more cooking and grocery shopping (we both work full time, but I have slightly shorter hours).</p> <p>But DH does a LOT more child care stuff right now because I'm just too worn out. This probably applies more to the third trimester when it's harder to bend over and you're also feeling more tired. </p>
