I shared with him once that I was 170 lbs. It didn't register with him until I had lost 17 or 20lbs- I was in the low 150s. Anyway when I told him the 150 number his eyes got as big as saucers "you weigh that much!?" And here I was feeling good about myself after having started at 170 several months prior.
