I do hate how I'll be low &amp; then nurse nurse nurse to up it &amp; then when AF leaves I'm like super full b/c my supply came back to normal BUT I also told my body I needed more by so much stimulation. For 2 days I'll leak when I letdown &amp; am just uncomfortable in the evenings.
