We use a fan and a humidifier and sometimes an app on my phone...for me!</p> <p>She still uses and loves her sleep sheep ("sleepie sheepie" as she calls it). We also keep a humidifier in her room, and I need to get a small fan, too. It's really still in her room.</p> <p>ETA: I don't know how much it helps her stay asleep in the morning, but it definitely helps her fall asleep. Her room is right by the bathroom, and we don't usually go in and turn it back on unless she's really tired. I'd be afraid to stop using it since he's so used to it by now! At night he probably doesn't NEED it (he can't hear us), but during the day, when our dogs bark as people walk by, it definitely helps drown out noise.
