This is their policy: "You can be reimbursed up to $2,000 per child and $10,000 per lifetime. If both adopting parents are company employees, the combined maximum dollar amount is $2,000 per child and $10,000 per lifetime. The Adoption Assistance Program provides financial help when you adopt up to five children."</p> <p>I think it's great. We are in the process of filling out the paperwork right now. I'm not sure if they will approve us since we adopted embryos, but want to give it a shot anyway. They will give us up to $2500 to cover adoption costs. We spent $1000 on a home study, $1200 on the program fee, and $2700 on the matching process so we could get some of that back. I'm not going to include receipts for the embryo transfer. We have to provide receipts, dates, the adoption decree, and the date of birth of our child. We don't have an adoption decree. I had no idea such a think existed, but think its a fabulous way to help out those families who need financial assistance in growing their family! Does your work offer a match/dotation/assistance? </p>
