I have not been pg yet (TTC), but when my gastroparesis was bad, I was taking Zofran regularly for several months for nausea/vomiting. It helps. When I was REALLY sick I would take 8mg Zofran plus 25mg Phenergan which always worked, but it would knock me out for about 12 hours.</p> <p>Just a word of advice about the Zofran: make sure to have some Miralax and/or stool stofteners on hand and take it when you're taking the Zofran. It can be very constipating (it was so for me).... like not be able to go for a week, which would make my nausea 10x worse. </p> <p>Thankfully now my condition is under great control so I only have to take a Zofran maybe once every 3 weeks. But when I do, I start drinking Miralax right away and continue taking it for a few days.
