Lo is pretty good with sleeping through noise, but she's had to sleep through the TV, dh's games ever since she was born so she's pretty used to that, its generally sudden noises that will wake her.

We don't go out of our way to be quiet and she doesn't need white noise.

A constant noise level helps (and white noise) so if it's noisy when they fall asleep it's fine, but sudden noises wake them.

She's 4 months and right now noises like the dryer don't bother her but if the door slams or the bell rings she gets a bit startled but can usually fall back asleep.

Only when her step-sisters are here. It is so hard, nearly impossible to get her to nap when they're here. I try to send them outside in the front yard. When it's just us, no noises aren't a problem.

Yup we're the same. As a newborn we could make noise but now we do the white noise and keep it quiet. It's not worth it if he doesn't nap.

We play white noise. Charlie has woken up olive soooo many times. But at daycare they both sleep so well in a room full of other kids and noise! I don't get it..,:

We're quiet for the most part. We're not a loud household, though to begin with. I use white noise and find that blocks out most things, including the vacuum!

We did he same in the beginning, and she just reached a point where noises kept her awake. So we put white noise between her and the door.

I read that if you keep the house pretty noisy when they're newborns they get used to noise and sleep through it. So I did that..... and as she got older, he more she woke up from noises. So I stopped making noises, naps are just too important to mess with! We use white noise so we don't have to be completely silent....but we still try to be quiet.
