You all very much helped my husband and I get through this rough week.</strong></p> <p>Findley spent his last morning eating all the left over treats in the house, relaxing out in the sun in our backyard and laying on our laps on the couch.</p> <p>He passed away peacefully today in our home. I found at the last minute that I couldn't bare to be in the room when he was euthanized, but my husband held him in his arms as he died. We buried him at DH's family farm (the same place these photos were taken), one of his favourite places. We marked his grave with bricks for now, <a href="https://www.etsy.com/transaction/129301143">while we wait for the grave marker we bought on Etsy</a>.
