The product dimensions says 29" for height. I saw it in the store though and it didn't seem too tall but our older girls are pretty tall :happy: my guess is the 3+ recommendation is bc the wheels are good quality making for an easy to push stroller so if a child was 2 they might not been as coordinated to handle a smooth stroller. It's annoying because they can easily pull the seat off and the foam on the handles ripped (so we just took it off altogether).
