It went on sale around the holidays down to $99... and comes with so much furniture. The thing is huge, and both kids love it. They play side by side, and when friends come over they play with it too. It has a small footprint and modern design. BUUUUUT we also have the Diggin dollhouse box set that I keep in the car for when we go out to keep her occupied at restaurants and everywhere else where I know it may take a while. Everything fits back into the house and it comes furnished too. It's well made and really cute.
