I had major pains (not sure, but maybe kidney stone) and we had an unforgettable experience in the ER in Istanbul. Both times, I was around 28-30 weeks pregnant (can't remember exactly). We took a quick trip to hanoi in our second trimester with our first. I guess that can be considered our babymoon. We just got back from a family trip to cabo. It's such an easy destination from the PNW. But be careful of where you eat and drink.
