It definitely worked for me! My supply tanked in a couple of days after some latch issues and I took 12 pills a day (+ fenugreek and blessed thistle) for 3 weeks and I actually went into oversupply. I got a prescription from my family doctor and cost about 22$ for 100 pills. At least doubled my supply while I was taking 3 pills 3 times a day. Supply slowly dipped while weaning off of it but I exclusively breastfed until 7 months when he started solids.<br /> I got a prescription from my lactation consultant but my (excellent, premium plan) insurance didn't cover it. I also could only get it at a compounding pharmacy.
